How fast is setup?

Your hosting account is created automatically as soon as payment clears, then we set up WordPress and send you your login details. Domain registrations are submitted right away; .ca domains can take a little longer while CIRA confirms registrant details.

What does "managed" include?

We apply WordPress core security updates, keep your SSL certificate renewed and monitor your site's uptime. Plugin and theme updates or content changes are available as Maintenance Add-ons.

Can I move my existing site or domain?

Yes. Transfer your domain from the search above (you'll need the auth code from your current registrar). For website moves, open a ticket after ordering and we'll walk you through it.

How do I pay?

Credit or debit card through Stripe, or Interac e-Transfer. Invoices and receipts are in your client area.
